My approach to working:
When I found out I would be leaving the Armed Forces after 11 and half years of service I knew I would have to find somewhere with good morals, values and standards, somewhere that looked after its employees and had a good reputation. That did not happen straight away for me. It took 9 months before I joined Tarmac and I can honestly say that I have found a company that is brilliant and matches my work expectations. Tarmac gives me structure, a good work life balance and the opportunity that there is room for progression within the company.
How life is at Tarmac:
Everyone in the office is really welcoming and friendly. This makes the job that much better. The little things like football on a Monday, the get togethers here and there, people chipping in for birthdays and events that brings the team closer together.
